Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we have many orders, shipments might be delayed a bit. Please allow extra time for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Sometimes, delivery might take longer than expected.

Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Damages:

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently do not ship outside of Pakistan.
