Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- We process orders within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we have many orders, shipments might be delayed a bit. Please allow extra time for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Sometimes, delivery might take longer than expected.
Shipping Methods:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Damages:
- We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do not ship outside of Pakistan.
